These terms describe how membership in Play Pro Logic works. By creating a unit file or otherwise taking part in the community, you agree to follow them.

1. Acceptance of these terms

Creating an account, joining a squad, entering a voice lounge, or otherwise using any part of the community means you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the community.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create a unit file. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you confirm that a parent or guardian is aware of and agrees to your participation.

3. What Play Pro Logic is — and isn't

Play Pro Logic is a player-run gaming community focused on squad finding, scrims, mentorship, and organized community events. It is not a game distribution platform, not a marketplace, and does not operate or facilitate any form of wagering, staking, or paid entry competition. Community events referenced on this site award non-monetary recognition only, such as a champion badge or leaderboard placement.

4. Community conduct code

By taking part in Play Pro Logic, you agree not to:

  • Harass, threaten, or discriminate against another member;
  • Impersonate another person, squad, or the community itself;
  • Share another member's private information without their consent;
  • Use cheating software, exploits, or account-sharing to misrepresent your skill in squads or events;
  • Post spam, malware, or content unrelated to gaming and the community;
  • Attempt to disrupt, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to community systems.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of anything you post — profile notes, clips, messages, event write-ups. By posting it within the community, you give Play Pro Logic a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the site and its community channels, for as long as your content remains posted. You're responsible for making sure you have the right to share what you post.

6. Moderation & appeals

Reports of conduct-code violations are reviewed by elected community moderators. Where practical, a moderator will state the reason behind any action taken against an account. Members may appeal a moderation decision once, by writing to the address at the end of this page, and a different moderator will review it.

7. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks the conduct code, or that we reasonably believe puts other members or the community at risk. You may close your own account at any time from your account settings.

8. Intellectual property

The Play Pro Logic name, logo, and site design belong to the community and may not be copied or reused without permission. References to game genres on this site are descriptive only; we claim no ownership over, and no affiliation with, any third-party game or publisher.

9. Disclaimers

The community is provided on an "as available" basis. We work to keep the squad finder, scheduler, and voice lounges running smoothly, but we can't guarantee the conduct of individual members or uninterrupted access at all times.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Play Pro Logic and its volunteer moderators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the community, including disputes between members that occur outside our systems.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Play Pro Logic is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local law provides members with rights that cannot be waived.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the community grows. When we do, we'll update the effective date above and post a notice through the community's main channels before the change takes effect.

13. Contact us

Questions about these terms can be sent to support@playprologic.com.
